This post gives more details and what you can view and do in your completed live tournaments.

For Part 1, see https://support.chess.com/article/2007-how-do-i-see-my-tournament-stats-and-past-tournaments.

When you click a tournament to view its details, it shows the sponsored club, rating type, number of players, date and time of the tournament, and your placement. You can download games in .pgn format and download results in .csv format.

The top three winners are then recognized (more than three may display if there are ties). You can click a player's name/avatar (profile picture) to view their profile.

Results are then displayed. For arena tournaments, you can hover your cursor over their points to view their Win/Lost/Draw results.

For Swiss tournaments, you can hover your cursor over a player's game to view their opponent and both their standings. You can then click to view the game details.

You can also hover your cursor over their score to view their Win/Draw/Bye results.

Pairings for each game are listed next. You can click a row to view the game details. For Swiss tournaments, you can click the drop-down menu to view different rounds. The player's rating in parentheses is the player's current rating right now, not their rating at the time of the game.
