GothamChess sacrifices THE ROOK (GothamChess vs The World)

As you know, streamer-IM Levy Rozman is currently facing THE WORLD. And everyone can join the event. The event is a vote chess game between GothamChess and 200,000+ people.                            GothamChess plays a brilliant move against 200,000+ people                                  GothamChess here ignores the threat to the rook and pushes his pawn on the 21th move. The idea here is obviously to make the white king weaker. Unfortunately 10k people voted to take the rook when he already posted a YouTube video about it as a warning. But because of the majority of the voters are between 600-900 elo, they are not that good in chess so they took the ''hanging'' rook. You may wonder whats the best move here is. The best move here is Re4 (which 5k people voted for but it was obviously not enough) protecting the g pawn and protecting the kings side.

The match is in the middlegame right now, Levy is already in a better position and white (The World) is in big trouble in this position. And never going to be better from here on out.
