Name and shame policy needed for cheats.

Chess.com in my view should get rid of the confidentiality respecting the cheat's privacy etc when a complaint is made to support@chess.com about a cheat. Also, it is very easy to find out if the person has been kicked off the site, just by searching for them. 

Cheats don't deserve confidentiality rights.
