UEFA Nations League 2022/23 1 day tournaments for fun

Hi everyone!

I have created about 30 tournaments in different thematic opening tournaments. I am wanting to have fun of managing and maybe playing these 30 tournaments and also watch UEFA Nations League 2022/23 at the same time too 30 tournaments i.e. because of 30 teams in the UEFA Nations League 2022/23 all 16 teams in League A, 9 teams in League B, 3 teams in League C and 2 teams in League D. If these tournaments goes great, then I will go ahead of creating rest in League B, C and D
