   This is the position

Now if I ask you white to move what would you play?

Most of the people would play f6+ which is correct

Now if black plays Kf7 what would you play as white

If you played Kf5 you are correct because we are playing something called opposition. Where it is our opponents turn and he is like in zugzwang because wherever he moves we will go the opposite way and then we can win very easily as these will be the following moves.

So, then we can win with the rule of opposition but be careful do not do any stalemate.
stalemate means it is your opponent's turn, and he cannot move anywhere, and he is not in check
like for example
This is stalemate because it is blacks turn and black has no legal moves
It is a draw when it is these positions
When there are a knight and a king vs a lone king it is a draw because the knight can't force checkmate alone with a lone king
Next is
This is insufficient material draw which means you cannot use a king to checkmate another king because the king will be touching each other which is illegal.
Next is
This is the 50-move rule draw (I cannot show it because this is not a real game and it will not show it is a draw because there should be an opponent accepting the draw because no pawn moves or captures have been made) In this position it would be a draw if we had an opponent for him to claim the draw after the 50th move. There should be no captures, or pawn moves this mostly happens in the endgame because in the opening you will not play 50 moves just in the opening and in middle game if you are winning you always simplify the position if needed so that is why the 50-move rule mostly occurs in the endgame because in the endgame you can take 50 moves because it is the last part of the game.
finally, the
Again, the same thing as the 50-move rule is here just that if you repeat thrice, it is a draw(As it is a computer not a real opponent it is not saying it is a draw)
The king and the bishop are repeating moves they repeated it thrice, Hence, it is a draw.
Some extra tips would be
1) Make sure your opponent does not get stalemated
2) If you are in a losing position, try to look for draws like stalemates, draw by three-fold repetition and 50-move rule and finally insufficient material. if your opponent has a knight and you have a pawn, sacrifice THE PAWN and you will get a draw as you are in a losing position here is an example where black sacrifices the pawn to get a draw (This is my own made example)
3)When you are in a winning position in the endgame, look for check, captures and attacks but make sure you do not get your opponent stalemated.
