This 16 year old GM has just eliminated Ivanchuk and Kamsky in rounds 2 and 3 in the on-going World Cup, respectively. This young chess whiz is extra ordinary. Learning the game without any coach and a penny support from the government. In a tropical country(Philippines) where monetary reward in playing chess is next to impossible, this young fellow beats not only the world contender in the board but also the notion that we can be also world contenders, in any sport, if ample support is given to us by our government. We call this young genius as the Pacman in chess. Similar to our beloved Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao in boxing. He eats all his more experience opponents. He will be the next world contender in chess.
