Aloha lovely gambit chess enthusiasts around Chess.com,

i really hope You are all well & healthy these dayshappy.png

So let us dance on the chess board, let's talk about Scotch Gambit as it is!

+++ Scotch Gambit, Starting Position:

When there is a question mark in the title of some content (YT videos or some articles for example), then in most cases the following answer will be NO.

Also this is no exception => Scotch Gambit = Doomed in advance? Certainly NO, unless You play against robots, machines, computer programs, cheaters or even superhumans like Magnus Carlsen is.

Indeed, in our dynamic, spontaneous chess world of little simple people, this so extra interesting Scotch Gambit adventure can lead us to unexpected chess experiences.

+ with joyful highs, but also sudden falls, over time we will be able to develop our attacking chess skills & knowledge.

Too many progressive moves will teach us that sometimes we have to know how to stand on the position on the board, in order to save our own back or to avoid possible counterattack which could happen at any moment in the game...

+++ This chess game (Scotch Gambit) of mine is just taken from the following team match competition => ULTRA FLASH LEAGUE = 24 hours per Move TEAM MATCH CHAMPIONSHIP 2020:

UFL 2020 F2 R5: Barbarian Fighters vs Pinoy Chess Philippines: https://www.chess.com/club/matches/1127976

So i played as WHITE:

+++ these next three videos are from Chess.com "Chess Video Library", recorded by GM @JRLOK:
1.) Underrated Openings Part 1
GM Dzindzichashvili begins his series on interesting underrated openings with a look at the Scotch Gambit, on which he is well-known to be the foremost expert. This video also addresses several unusual lines by black, which leads to a bunch of exciting play, unfettered by reams of theory. From this you can learn a lot about the dynamics of opening struggles, particularly in double king-pawn openings:
2.) Underrated Openings Part 2
“If you’re not trying to improve in chess then you shouldn’t be watching this video.” The advantage is in the knowledge not just the opening theory claims GM Dzindzichashvili as he continues his lecture on the Scotch Gambit with 4. Bc4. The opening is ripe with tactical opportunities and Roman explores several sharp variations with his always impressive and extensive knowledge of opening theory:
3.) Underrated Openings Part 3
In this video, Roman covers a big mainline of the Scotch Gambit: 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.d4 ed 4.Bc4 Nf6 5.e5 d5 6.Bb4 Ne4 7.Nxd4 Bd7. You will definitely learn something from this very complex strategic opening, as Dzindzi shows you how to choose between two main sources of play: a central blockade or a vicious kingside attack:
+++ Scotch Gambit, Starting Position after Black responded with 4...Nf6, White is on the move:
So after all, respected gambit chess players, are You ready for some new chess adventure?
Let this crazy Scotch Gambit be Your powerful weapon in some future chess battles!
p.s. i would like to warmly surprise You by creating some THEMATIC OPEN TOURNAMENT, SCOTCH GAMBITwink.png
