How Many Chess Players Can You Identify?
Today we're going to play a game.
Some people can recognize a chess game from a single move. Others can tell who played it just from the style. You think you know chess history. You've seen hundreds—maybe thousands—of games, read biographies, and followed tournaments for years. But let's see if that's really true.
I've cropped ten photographs of famous chess players, and your mission is to figure out who each one is. Some you'll probably recognize instantly, but others may be much trickier than they seem.
I think I've been fairly generous with the size of the crops, so you should be able to get at least 8 out of 10.
Let me know in the comments how many you got right!
