Mood-wise, I'm mostly back to normal, but I still have fluctuations. But my fluctuations in terms of energy levels, drive, motivation, and things like that are greater. Today, however, I really wanted to play a few games of chess and an engine vs. engine match on my PC, but somehow I didn't have the strength for it. Now I've treated myself to another energy boost. I rarely do this, but when I've had enough and want to do something I enjoy, I give myself an energy boost. It has more disadvantages than advantages in terms of health, but as I said, it also has advantages (fewer than disadvantages, but it still has advantages), and in the short term, it gives me strength to do things I otherwise don't have the energy or drive for. So, I think it's not a bad solution every now and then; I shouldn't do it too often. Energy boost: Tablets (dietary supplements): Omega 3, vitamin B complex, vitamin D3, multivitamin, NAC, and magnesium, all with lots of caffeine, and by lots, I mean lots (3 heaped tablespoons of instant coffee in water and drink it all down in one sitting...). What I'm really interested in at the moment, however, is abstract art. It's the only art form that anyone can paint, and if you understand the basics, anyone can understand... It's about colors and shapes (structures). Light colors usually mean something positive, and dark colors usually mean something negative, etc. Here's an example:

Here you see my sort of stuff and what the ai WOMBO Dream made out of it

It should represent my energykick in an art sort of way (like art-therapy......for me: I like it its training my creativity and is calming me down + a lot of other good things.....)
