You might be thinking: "What in the world IS this?"

Meet the interesting move.

You may notice that it looks like the Inaccuracy move, just with the punctuation marks swapped and the fact that it's purple.

Here are my notes on it:

Origins: Unknown, possibly this forum

Meaning: A sacrifice that wasn't the best move at the time, but that still isn't, like, boring.

Time of invention: UNKNOWN

Q & A:

Q: Is this totally a hoax? A: Nope.

Q: Where do I find it? A: In analysis. I'll show you:

1. Go to https://www.chess.com/analysis

2. Click on Make Moves.

3. Make a move/some moves.

4. On the right, you'll see the moves you made in chess notation. Click on the one you want to mark as interesting.

5. On your keyboard, click 3. It should show up.

Thanks for reading!
