Who doesn't want a kingside hunt? Who doesn't want to sacrifice his pieces for a dazzling attack?

Yet, the difference between the amateur and master is knowing when an attack is feasible and when it is not.

In the following game, my opponent continues to press for a winning attack which doesn't exist and ends up only worsening his position.

Remember to choose good plans which the position allows and not try to force an attack when it is not feasible.

That is true as well for life in general. Don't push for a dreamy fantasy or plan if the resources you own doesn't allow for it. You'll end up only losing.
