An International Tournament?

A couple of weeks ago, I participated in a tournament with Grandmasters from 7 federations. Yes, that is counting only the GMs. Why didn't you hear about such a big international event? Well, that's actually just a weekend Swiss in Texas. The tournament was the Southwest Collegiate Championships; the top teams were UT Dallas, Texas Tech, and UT Browsville. Tech was awarded the team title but my team (UTD) had the same number of team points. Individually, I was lucky enough to finish in clear first after winning four games and losing one.

None of my games in this event were of the exciting, double-edged sort. The general pattern was that one side took an advantage, and then gradually converted it without allowing any serious counterplay by the opponent. You can play through my games against GM Bykhovsky and IM Neimer below, but I won't bore you with any analytical details.
