The move vs. the winning move At times we move chess pieces as if playing correct( book or usual moves) is important. In chess the "winning move" should be your only concern. Checkmate is the name of the game, not artistry. Other times we move as if a mental daze, letting impulse control our moves. At the board i played rhd1(doubling up the rooks) when my gut was screaming qr4.The idea of rd1 seemed correct, while the q. move wins. After qr4,b. retreats to b1,qxrp-attacking the rook and gaining control of the seventh rank wins quickly. Computer analysis rated rook move a draw game.i believe white can win after qr4...DO YOU??
