Time always matters

Jul 19, 2011, 12:11 AM 3

Aside from your opponent, a player has another opponent to contend with: time limitation. When we play, we always strive  to beat the time but there are other factors that come into play. Sometimes, beyond our control, we are forced to leave the game due to other pressing matters that crop up. Emergency, for example, or it's already too late and it's time to sleep, among others. That is the worse thing to happen, especially when you are winning the game or you are in advantage position. Has anybody encountered this situation? I lost a lot of games due to this problem.
