🧠 STORY
I used to do exactly the same thing.

After every game:

turn on the engine
look at the evaluation
check the best move
And then I thought:

👉 “Okay… I should’ve played that”

Done.

Next game.

❗ THE PROBLEM
I analyzed hundreds of games like this…

and didn’t improve at all.

💥 THE TURNING POINT
At some point, I realized:

👉 I never understood why I was losing.

I only saw:

what was better
but never why I didn’t play it

🔍 THE REAL MISTAKE
I thought I was doing:

👉 analysis

But in reality, I was doing:

👉 comparison

🧠 THE DIFFERENCE
❌ “Engine says +2 → my move was bad”

vs.

✅ “I played this move because I misjudged X”

🐼 THIS IS WHERE PVS COMES IN
I wanted a system that doesn’t just say:

👉 “This is better”

but instead:

👉 “This is your thinking mistake”

🚀 WHAT CHANGED
Suddenly I started seeing:

repeated mistakes
repeated patterns
repeated decisions
And improvement was no longer random.

🎯 ENDING
Most players compare moves.
Very few understand their decisions.

👉 And that’s the difference.
