An opening that nearly costed me.

Lessons to be learnt on both myself and my opponent mistakes from the following game.
1. Don't be afraid of 'strong' looking moves, look deeper into the position and find a refutation if possible. 
2. Don't just play 'strong' looking moves without calculating the tactical consequences. 
3. If the position is about to open up, ensure King safety is off highest priority instead of material equality, esp if one is Black.
