Want a better way to follow chess? I did too. So I created ChessEver: simple, elegant, and to the point. View games and prepare for your own. Don’t miss our first move, sign up now!

Update 1 :

What sets the ChessEver app apart from existing chess platforms?

1. Our main audience is people who follow chess not only when top players are playing. The app will be built for them. I wanted something I would actually use myself, and I believe if I like it, many others will too.

2. We won’t be elitist when it comes to picking tournaments. We’ll try to broadcast as many events as possible. Every tournament has its own fans, and it deserves to be shown.

3. The app will be completely apolitical. We’re only about the game. If you’re an organizer, you should be able to broadcast your tournament, period. Chess brings all kinds of people together and it should stay that way.

Update 2

What’s the best way to follow chess events now? With FollowChess gone, it’s still not easy to track live games and standings in one place.

That’s why I started working on ChessEver — a mobile app built to bring back the simplicity that professionals and serious fans miss. You can swipe between games, pin the ones you care about, and search any player or event in one place.

We’re currently in beta testing, and early feedback is shaping the app. If you’d like to try it and share your thoughts, you can join the beta.
