Brilliant queen sacrifice and a royal fork!!

My opponent played a weak Philidor's defense that quickly permitted me to have a very active and strong position. So strong that I found a brilliant queen sacrifice!! My opponent did not accept it and just lost a knight. Soon he resigned in just 13 moves after a royal fork!!
