So easy for 2 rooks to win against a queen

So easy that my opponent blundered his queen... Pitty that I did not have the chance to have a clean win...

When my opponent decided to capture my queen and a pawn for two rooks he was already down 2 pawns. After exchanging the knights I was completely winning as I won another pawn, I had a healthy pawn chain and an outside passed pawn, supported by my rooks. However, my opponent was so frustrated to find moves that he blundered the queen...
