Friday was a bad blitz day: 16 wins, 21 losses and some draws, many of my wins should be losses, but won on time... However, my last two games were almost perfect especially the second one. I chose to write about the last one so as to show you how GM Smirnov suggests us to play against the four knights italian opening. It has given me many wins.
In this case my opponent played the opening very poorly (he should keep the bishop and give away the knight). Also I trapped his queen and I made him exchange pieces. As a result he resigned as in the endgame I had double material! (2 rooks and 6 pawns against 1 rook and 3 pawns).
