Why I Lose: Moving too fast

I still move too fast.  The legacy of too many blitz games in my youth.  Now my brain is too old and slow for blitz, so I play games where I have 24 hours to think -- and I still move in 3 seconds and give away won pawns and bishops for nothing.

Lesson: be patient and count.
