Knowledge in the ending, wrong bishop

I had this ending recently in a blitz game. It occurred to me that my opponent had a clear plan to draw. If he could sacrifice his knight for my g pawn and leave me with only the h pawn and the bishop, then the game would be drawn as I could not get his king out of the corner. This is a well known case of having the wrong bishop. With this in mind some care is required to finish the game.

In the given position, pushing the pawn to h5 would allow Nxg5 with a draw. One of the things that separates the best players from the rest is the ability to draw on this knowledge to help them make decisions in certain positions. I don't claim to be one of the best, but I was pleased that I noticed this detail here and managed to avoid heartbreak in this game.
