Do we have a new worst chess bot?

I played the Summer Martin chess bot, and I think he's worse than normal Martin. I played a game against him. I beat him in 22 moves, which is good, but here's the crazy part: none of my pieces got taken! Not even my pawns! Even normal Martin would've taken at least one of my pieces! Someone please tell me why he has a higher rating than normal Martin!
