Today is the first year that I am celebrating on chess.com. I'm quite surprised that I have made it this long. When I started, I was horrible at chess. I was 200 rated in blitz chess, and 300 rated in rapid chess. After about a month, I started improving. I am currently in the top 45% of chess.com players. Now, I am rated 937 in daily chess, 724 in rapid chess, 687 in blitz chess, 643 in bullet chess, 621 in 960 chess, 884 in bughouse, and 2146 in puzzles. I made 3 chess clubs, 1 of them has 30 members. I'd say that's a pretty good start to a year.

To celebrate the year I've had, I played the Summer Nelson chess bot 5 times. The first 4 games i lost miserably, but then, this game happened. I won in 99 moves after a tough battle. Next, I played Wayne chess bot to remember how bad the beginner chess bots were. It was an easy game. He blundered his queen on move 3, and I massacred him in 13 moves. Then, I played the Coach Danny chess bot. I was winning, up until about three quarters of the way through. He ended up blundering his queen, though, and I won in 41 moves. I was hoping to play a few chess friends, but they were all a bit busy.

I have really enjoyed my time here on chess.com. I have ran into a few trolls, but mostly quite nice people. I have had many nice chats with people, and it has been fun to help them with chess skills, and to learn chess skills from others. I have an unusual chess opening, but it works, and a few people have already adapted my opening as their opening.
