Fake!!!!!! CM ??

Hey all this is @harichess01,

Today, As usual I was grinding elo in bullet when suddenly I played a CM,

That's right a CANDIDATE MASTER!!!!

But what surprised me is his rating and style of play.

I am talking about @carlosehc
He is a FIDE Candidate master who has a bullet and blitz rating below 1900

while for many people this might be a very high elo,
the CM title can only be obtained if your fide has ever reached above 2100.

But if his fide is so high why is his chess.com rating so low????

His rapid rating is JUST 1650

Well I came up with a few possibilities that could have happened.
1. He is retired or very old and doesn't really care about chess...
2. He plays drunk in this account
3. His family or friends use this account
4. He is not a CM at all
5. He plays bad on purpose
