Draw!?

Anyone know why it automatically made this game a draw as soon as I moved my rook (I'm White Pieces) (no I did not accept a draw agreement, it happened as soon as I let go of the rook). Started playing a few days ago so not super familiar with the rules. To me this looks like it's checkmate. Am I missing something/bug/what? Cheers in advance for anyone reading/answering.
