Quantum Tunneling is rather terrifying

Quantum tunnelling is defined as a quantum mechanical process where wavefunctions can penetrate through a potential barrier. Probably only a few portion of viewers understood by what I said. Even though my view count is at 5...tops. 

I know I just sounded like a professional yapper.

Basically Quantum Tunneling let's you phase your  hand(or example) through a body. Note: THIS IS INCREDIBLY RARE, and so far it has been only recorded in electrons. But even if it did occur, the chances are that the tunneling won't properly work, meaning: YOUR HAND WOULD PHASE HALF WAY THROUGH, leaving it inside the target body.  

For example, if you slap someone there is a VERY low chance, near ZERO, that your hand will phase inside that person's cheeks.
