comments on blog?

i have noticed that on every one of my blogs, that hardly anyone comments.  and i was just wondering, what is the point of having a blog if no one shares there thoughts about it?  i mean, if someone puts their time and thoughts into writing a blog for people to read, dont they want to know what people think about it?  maybe its just me, but im pretty sure that blog writers want to know if someone liked their blog, hated their blog, agreed, disagreed, found a mistake in their thinking, enjoys reading their blogs, or just think that they are just a piece of sh*t.  all im asking you guys is to just share your thoughts like we are ours
