Blog 19 Going to the Vet!

Hi! This blog is about the times when our we TRIED to bring our pet Shadow to the vet. Now unlike most pets as you might know Shadow is a Rly difficult pet to control.

This difficulty and her hate for the vet result in this blog. So without further delay here's the story.

This first story occurs some years back when She was new to the house hold. Since she was a stray we were trying to bring Her to the Vet to check on her heath. But she had other thoughts. When we put her in the car she managed to slip out on us and bolt to the neighbors yard, out of our reach. 

A couple weeks later we decided to fix this problem by putting her in a cage. Apparently she was smarter then we thought so as we were loading up the car she UNYIPPED the cage and make another run for it.

So the next time we decided to not even bring Her to the Vet, but bring the Vet to Her. As the Vet arrived we checked on Shadow to make sure she was there, and lucky she was. Before leaving I told my dad that Shadow was down here for the Vet to get. As I said the word Vet her ears peaked up, When the Vet arrived and went down stairs to check on Shadow She wasn't there. We looked up down and everywhere, but She was nowhere to be found. That's when we deiced that She won and the Vet left. After the Vet left She came upstairs and meowed at us looking as smug as a cat could be.

Here's the blog chess game The opening was pretty standard.

Around move 15 I had a pretty equal pawn trading session but it opened out the board which gave me the advantage.

After blundering on move 25 my opponent missed that and took a "free pawn" which was guarded by my rook. allowing my to take his Queen and win the game
