Blog 20 Goat Invasion
Hi! I know I’ve made blogs about these goats before, but this happened recently enough that I felt it deserved its own story. For context, our neighbors have goats, and they often stray into our second backyard.
This has already led to the first two stories about the goats, here and here. It’s also led to this one, so without any more delay, here’s the story.
It was a normal afternoon when I was picking up golf balls and saw the goats heading toward our second yard—and then walking right into it.
Once they entered the yard, I went out to greet them (aka, pet them). Apparently, they thought my bright green shorts would taste better than the prickly weeds. Being the classic goats they are, they decided to try to eat my shorts. Needless to say, they still have bite marks…
After the shocking discovery that I was, in fact, not a plant, they moved on to the first yard near our house. There, they had the pleasure of meeting our cats. Shadow froze in fear, while Joey looked like he wanted to play with them.
Luckily, I brought the cats inside before they could act on their impulses.
After eating random stuff for a while, the goats finally left—but not before ramming their horns into our trees.
here's the blogs chess game.
The opening was standard with black winning a knight. On move 6 White put there bishop in a very favorable position which will be showed later.
On move 8 Black took a undefended pawn on the back rank threatening Whites rook. White counteract by Pinning Blacks knight with a pawn which resulted in White winning it.
As a response to the threat Black checks the Whites king and White defends. Black takes B2 pawn which leads to the capture of Whites second rook.
White take the chance to promote there pawn to a Queen by use of discovery check.
Soon White takes the lead and ends the game with taking Blacks queen with a screwier winning the game.
