club game new seizon
Well, this was a long club game, black had left 15 minutes, white 40 or so.
I used a common Italian opening against silican defense.
Although I ended up a bit strange with my bishops early in the game Bf4.
(was this a good place or not, I don't remember ever having been in such a position).
But it seemed OK, not really bad either.
Later on in the mid-game, all I wanted was to keep the knight away and lock black bishops.
This made it a bit hard for black to maneuver, the central white bishop had a killer position here.
I'm not such a bishop player usually more a fan of knights, but as a pair they can be strong.
I had also an idea to put my dark bishop below it, but this was not needed, my rook battery and queen was unstopable.
