Wolf Chess Championship 1

I recently participated in the Wolf Championship U1800 section. https://www.wolfchess.org/wolfchesschampionship1  I really enjoyed the venue. It is normally a recording studio and small concert hall. However, on December 7th it was a chess tournament hall. They had the top players play on the stage. It was a cool scene with the drum set in the background. There were also some electric guitars hanging on the wall below the stage.

                   I also loved that the venue was located in a wooded area as I like open spaces. I arrived early and was solving some chess puzzles out of chess life when I noticed a deer walk through the woods. Seeing the deer sort of made up for the fact that I wouldn't have time to go for a run on some hiking trail that day.

As for the tournament....although my result was just a half a point out of 4 games. I still enjoyed playing.. Out of the 4 games there is one game I would like to share. It is a game I lost but I thought it was interesting.
