A quiet February Open from the historic Marshall Chess Club back in 1998 produced this upset, a thriller with a wild and crazy finish requiring TD intervention at the end of the sudden death time control.  When the pieces finally stopped flying, White had two queens to Black's queen and rook and I had drawn an opponent rated 400 points higher than me.
