2013 British Chess Championship -- Round 1: Waters vs. Gormally

Another game from Round 1... (yes, I know that Round 8 ended today).

I think the biggest issue with white is that the advantages are not capitalized on. Having the strong lsb and doing almost nothing to attack the central pawn island (after move 11 and before move 26). Bxf6 on move 17 instead of much later (move 25). Even gxf4 near the end...

Again, a big rating difference; I think it shows.
