Chess and Fitness
Has been a while since I have posted, not much chess. New Year, and new resolutions!
Since it is cited that many top modernplayers are also great physical atheletes (no more smoking and drinking in the tournament hall fellas) I have been working on my fitness.
Long matches take a toll, you need to have a hefty endurance to survive even a weekend tourney.
