Pointless Blog Post

Hi, jrcolonial98 here.

It's been a while since I've written anything in my chess blog. I've done 4 or 5 tournaments since my previous blog post, "Big Bucks in Bradley". My rating is probably like 1280 or somthing now. It would be higher, but I did a scholastic tournament where I played 4 unrated kids who turned out to be very good. I went 2-2, but since unrated is considered a low rating, mine went down.

On the bright side, I did an unrated scholastic and came in first! :D

My birthday is on the 23rd. I am getting a Platinum membership! I have already gotten a netbook (mini laptop) and Fritz 12. Some interesting software I would like to buy is Adobe Photoshop, my school uses it and it is pretty cool.

Hockey season is back! I tried out and made the A team (best team lol.) The playoffs are going on. I am rooting for whichever team wins the Eastern finals.

Everything else? Same old, same old.
