Opponents who take forever

I'm playing a guy with the game set at 10 days per move. He/she is only playing like 20 games, but he/she takes 9 days out of 10 to make his/her move. The game's been going on for a month or 2, and we have only played like 8-10 moves. It's just SO VERY ANNOYING!!!!!
