Boleslavsky- Magic!
This blog will include at least 2 games by Isaac Boleslavsky.
I have been intrigued by him for a while now....I knew he was strong for he played a Final Candidates Match against Bronstein in 1950.
I even posted a blog about him....

But I wanted a book that would contain his best games, and I wondered if such a book existed. Well, it does! It was published in 1988 by Caissa Books, and was edited and translated by Jimmy Adams!

The book is excellent! It contains 180 games, annotated by Boleslavsky himself!
I highly recommend this book!
The next game, Bronstein-Boleslavksy, is from their Candidate's Playoff Match in 1950, played to determine who would play Botvinnik for the World Championship title in 1951.

Bronstein and Boleslavsky were close friends, and also were two of the pioneers in the King's Indian Defense.
As you can see, Bronstein won games 1 and 7, and Boleslavsky won games 8 and 11. This is game 11, the one that tied the match.
