I Made My First Chess Board

It was something I've wanted to do for decades.  I bought an old coffee table for $10, marble tiles for $20, glue and paint (honey & burnt caramel) for $10 and some decorative ornamentation for $5.  I already had the pieces from an old Family Games tin. So for about $45 I made the Chess coffee table in the pic above.  Hope you like it and maybe it inspires you too.  Thank you for reading!
