I know many will agree the puzzle rating system needs to be revamped.  I suggest less of an ELO rating style system and more of a point/moves oriented system as follows: 1 Move Puzzles = 1 Point, 2 Move Puzzles = 2 Points and so forth instead of a 10 Moves puzzle being rated 900 and a two moves puzzle being rate 1,650.  Just a suggestion and I seriously would love to hear your thoughts.
