lambern's log #4

I don’t have much to say other than I had a nightmare last night that was quite intense. It felt like I was having a heart attack, with my chest tightening and this overwhelming sense of dread washing over me. It was one of those dreams that pulled you in and made everything feel painfully real. I could hardly breathe in the dream, and I woke up in a panic, heart racing. Thankfully, after a few moments of catching my breath and realizing I was safe in my room, I calmed down and ended up being okay. It’s strange how such vivid dreams can affect us so deeply.
