Hi,

This is my First Series on chess.comI want to teach the basics and also the in depth analysis of this opening.

This course is perfect for the 100-1300

The Fried Liver Attack:

This is one of the most well known openings for beginners to win quickly and i would like to teach it to you all

Goals:

-To understand and to learn the moves of this opening.

-To know what to do if your opponent is prepared vs this

-How to take this into your own games and use it to get easy wins

Part 1: How good is this opening if your opponent is unprepared?

As most of you probably know the opening starts out like this...

When Black Plays 3. ...Nf6, White goes all in to try and gain material with the nice Move Ng5
The threat for white is the powerful !!Nxf7, forking the queen and the rook to gain material!
In this Part 1, we will just talk about what happens if your opponent is unprepared and how to crush him...then we will learn how black defends this.
If Be7
If Black Tries the Awful move Be7?, trying to get their king to safety...
Nxf7 comes with a dull thud on blacks position and Black's queen is lost cry.png
If Qe7:
What if Black tries the Move Qe7, saying that "You won't be able to fork my Queen on f7"
White grabs the pawn with 5. Bxf7, forcing the black king to move to Kd8, lose castling rights, and lose a pawn! All in one move!
With the 8. Nc3 White shows black that he simply wants to go Nc3, Nb5 and Nxc7+ Winning the rook on a1.
This position would be very comfortable for white and almost completely winning
If h6
Nxf7 will happen next forking the Queen and the rook!
If b5
Black will loses his rights to castle and his position is awful with the knight trying to go to f7! Also White's Queen is controlling many light squares and checkmate could be coming to the Runaway Black King
As you see in this first article. This opening can be very deadly to the 100-1200 range if your opponent is not prepared!
I have used it in many of my games and i have won between 5-10 games vs 500-1000 Rated players. I have never lost with this opening in an OTB game!
