I. Kreitner - N. Bellon 1/2 - 1/2, French Defense with 2. Qe2

1.e4 e6 2.Qe2 is a book line in the French generally called the Chigorin defense.  I've been seeing it at the club level and I thought it was just another oddity.  I didn't realize it was a book line.  I don't like it for White as Black equalizes easily.
