Great Falls Open - Round 5

The final round was against Dan McCourt, another good friend and increasingly difficult to beat. He offered a draw. When I looked for a moment and saw that I was in trouble, I gently asked him if the offer was still on the table. He said "yes," and I accepted just as he noticed what was happening and was about to change his mind. Offer and acceptance create a binding contract, and I'd take a chess draw to court if I had to. Just kidding.
