Montana Open 2016 - Round Five

The final round was against a darkhorse player with a high 1800s rating who had won all three rounds on day one. David Duke beat him in Round 4, but that didn't make me feel any more comfortable as I settled in to play this person next. As I suspected, he was very good and almost crushed me after I committed some lazy oversights. Luckily, I woke up fast and created enough threats to secure a draw. This game was something else!

CORRECTION: When commenting on my move 12, I meant to say that I should have hopped my knight to e5 immediately. This newfangled algebraic notation doesn't resonate with me.
