The Process of Improvement

This post is mainly inspired by the great Bruce Lee and his philosophy of <No Limitation as Limition... No Style as Style>. The main reason that I think this is such a great idea is because you can take whatever you want that is useful and incorporate it into your style. Essentially, there should not be anything that is being wasted.

I also like the idea that your making attributes while doing the technique, so that you are evolving higher than your technique. The attributes is an idea from one of Bruce Lees students.

I also think that in a broader sense Bruce gave the idea of training as a process. That what we want will change over time, the meaning is that our expectations will  change  and so should our training/philosiphy/beliefs etc. I have found this way of thinking very helpful.

I have to admit that it has taken me over six months of study to understand Bruce Lees legacy and I hope that I have shed some light.
