If you don't believe in God...
If you don't believe in God, does that mean you don't believe in having life after death? So then what is the point of anything you do? When you die you don't have hope of seeing your love ones again, for instance your parents, kids, your best friend(s). Do you want your life to end like dust in the wind(Like the song sings) or like a flower that withers away, never to return again. (Isa 40:8) The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.
Because time travels quickly. It seems just like yesterday I was in my thirties and now I'm in my sixties. Thats how quick life comes close to the end. This life here feels as if we were put in an aquirium(earth). We are here on earth only to be here for a moments time. You might believe in the thoughts that follow.
How can God exist forever if we cannot live past one hundred and fifty years. First of all I don't believe there is a sun that goes around God's kingdom therefore he does not age. Another hypothesis is that he is not contaminated by sin. (Exo 3:5) And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground. Any closer and Moses might have gotten zapped! The bible is the living word of God. If you believe there are contraditions in the bible then you will find them there. But if you believe the bible is the true word of God then you will fine truth in the bible. The bible is the only book with a logical explanation of why we are here and where we will go after our life is over. To the best of my knowlegde I don't think there is another book that explains why we are here and the promise to live forever. If you have any questions in reguards to the bible or something that puzzles you about God just ask me and maybe I can answer.
If you are not saved but want to be saved I offer you my favorite verse:
(Rom 10:9) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
