advice for impoving at chess

Hello I'm a 1700 elo rapid chess player and 1600 FIDE.

For chess beginners, you shoud play longer time control, play less bullet, do more puuzles and learn endgame techniques.

You don't have to learn a lot of openings, just one with white and a defense with black against e4 and d4.
