Beating the Dutch (?)

The game I would like to show you today was played in March 2013, when I took part in a semi-friendly (no rating calculated) invitational tournament. In round three, I was given white pieces against a devoted Dutch Defense fan. To tell the truth, I had always experienced some difficulties when playing with him, although he is, objectively speaking, no better player - just another club patzer of my kind :)
So here is the game, where I tried to crack him from the very opening.

Oh no, a fork! What should i do?! :)
As you can see, the main line (from 24. h3 to 39. Qf8#) is 30 plys, or 15 moves, long. This would break my personal record - 14 moves in a pawn endgame - which I had to calculate through some years ago.
Unfortunately, due to the time trouble, I had no time to check all the variations, so the actual game ended up in a draw after 27. Qf7+ Kh8 28. Qh5+ perpetual.

TIP: always have some extra time on the clock in order not to spoil nice finishes!
