Chess.com does not always email you if you have a move or not. Unfortunately, it only emails you all the time when the game has timed out!

Two solutions I already have to this problem: to 1) check Chess.com daily and 2) set the time to move to 7 days, or 1 week. This makes it so you have a week to move and you don't have to wait for the email to come that tells you that the game has timed out.
